Every single one of our tours is tailor made to your group’s exact requirements. That way you have a tour at a price which meets the expectations and budget of the widest possible number of your members. Whether there are 15 or 100 people in your group, your group’s tour will be yours and yours alone. Unlike other companies, we don’t ask you to tack onto another pre-planned holiday, mix in with another group or join public excursions.

All of our tours include a full programme of excursions, in executive coaches, complete with pre-booked entries and guided tours. If you prefer, we can also include entrance fees and gratuities. All European and worldwide tours are escorted by a Tailored Travel tour manager or a professional tour guide and most UK tours will be in the company of a Blue Badge guide. The price of all flight tours includes flights with scheduled airlines departing from your preferred airport. Whether you choose budget accommodation on a room only basis for your group or a 5* hotel with all meals included, the hotel will be suited to your members’ needs and budget.

We offer one free place for every 10 paying passengers on all UK and European tours and one free per 15 for all worldwide holidays. Use this money as you see fit... a free place for yourself (you’ve earned it!), to raise revenue for your club or to spend as you see fit.

When you phone Tailored Travel you will not be speaking with someone who is simply reading from a brochure, but with a friendly and knowledgeable member of our experienced team who will give you direct and relevant advice. The experienced team at Tailored Travel can offer you a provisional quote, including full itinerary, within 48 hours of your enquiry. Following this we will work closely with you to incorporate any changes you require and then provide a final, fully costed quote.

For every group tour, we produce as many full colour printed four page holiday brochures as you need to distribute to your group members. These contain the highlights of your chosen tour, a detailed daily itinerary and a booking form for your members to complete. All that information and a copy of the brochure can also be viewed by your members online at our website. Once booked on the tour, members can also pay their final balance online. And when the tour is over, they can upload photos and reviews of the tour to share with others.

There are many joys in travelling with a group. Trying to hear your guide in a hushed gallery or on crowded streets isn’t one of them! The solution is personal audio headsets, which enable everyone to clearly hear what’s being said all of the time. For a small extra cost, we are happy to organise audio headsets as part of your UK or European tour.

We provide free public liability insurance for all Group Organisers booking tours through us, so that you are protected in the unlikely event that you find yourself open to liability claims while leading a tour. Unlike other tour operators who charge group members a high initial deposit which is then forfeited in full if that member cancels, we think our job is to place as few obstacles as possible in the way of your members booking on your group tour. So we charge a deposit of only £100 per person for a non-flight tour and £150 to £200 per person for flight tours. We will also work with you to handle your bookings, deposits and paperwork in the way that best suits your group and makes life easiest for you.

Tailored Travel holds an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL 5605), issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, which ensures that all air holiday bookings are fully protected. Non-flight tours are secured by a professionally administered Trust Account which retains all monies paid to us until your group returns home.
