Tour Reviews

Reviews for The Art & History of Strasbourg, Colmar & Basel

Date of tour: May 2018

On behalf of our group I would just like to thank you and your team at Tailored Travel for all your work in organising our visit to Colmar. All our travel arrangements and connections worked perfectly. The hotel was excellent and no one in the party had any complaints. The breakfast was varied and extensive and very efficiently managed and it was useful having a very good restaurant within the building as many of us used it for dinner in the evening. The location was quiet and peaceful and it was very convenient being close to the rail and bus station making it an ideal base to travel out to other destinations within the Alsace. I would particularly like you to pass on our thanks to the coach company you employed for all the transport arrangements in France. The transfer representative and the coach drivers were so friendly and helpful and could not have done more to ensure that everything went smoothly and that all our wishes were accommodated. The service they gave us was truly excellent.
