We all had another wonderful trip, this time to Norfolk. Claire was as usual an excellent guide. She has worked with us for the last three years and got to know us well.

I recently took part in the tour to Norfolk. The whole holiday was thoroughly enjoyable. The guide was an enthusiastic ‘mine of information’, who seemed to enjoy our company as much as we did hers. The coach driver was also wonderful, with a skill in driving which we all marvelled at. Last but not least comes the hotel in Norwich. This was a very comfortable hotel. The food and service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Indeed, they were such a jolly crowd! You will gather that I thoroughly enjoyed my little Autumn break, as did the other 25 members of our group.

Just to let you know the trip to Norfolk went very well, despite the weather. The Coach driver was absolutely great and I would very much like to have him again if we do another trip with you. Likewise the BB guide was super. It was a very busy programme but it all worked. I may look to do slightly less in future, for some. Sandringham was one where it would have been good to be there longer and then have a drive back along the coast, other than that it was great. The hotel was also a very good choice - no complaints!! Thank you for all your efforts.

It was a fabulous tour to Norfolk and we all really loved it. Thank you so much, we were so lucky with the weather too. The coach driver was so calm and helpful and really was amazing when required to park the coach, which he did with such skill and patience. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and the food and accommodation was excellent. It was a great trip.

Our Society’s Norfolk tour was very happy and enjoyed by all the participants. Much of the success of the tour was due to the excellent accommodation at the George Hotel in Norwich and the superb services of our driver and Blue Badge guide.

Our tour to Norfolk went very smoothly. Our driver was a terrific driver and manoeuvred the vast coach with great skill. We were also greatly impressed with the Blue Badge Guide. His encyclopaedic knowledge of the area and the houses that we visited increased our party's enjoyment.

Thank you very much indeed for organising a wonderful holiday in Norfolk. Everything ran perfectly. The hotel was excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful. We all had lovely rooms and the food was delicious, varied with very good service. The arrangements at all the venues ran like clockwork and the programme was full of variety, with just the right amount of activity each day. The icing on the cake was the boat trip on the Broads for which the weather was perfect. All your timings were amazingly accurate. Everybody had a most enjoyable time and the bookings for the holiday next year to Yorkshire are already flooding in. Thank you for all your excellent planning and hard work. Thank you once again.

A very successful tour thank you. John is an excellent driver, and nicely adaptable so far as timing etc. is concerned. The weather was lovely and the countryside looking lovely. Can’t praise our guide too highly; he was excellent as a gentle running commentator on the journeys and a very knowledgeable guide in Norwich, which was a brilliant day, he really brought it alive. He dealt with all the arrivals and departures very comfortably and made my life very easy. Waddesdon was a good idea, it went down very well and we had an interestingly good lunch. The hotel was fine, lovely comfortable beds. Sandringham was lovely. Felbrigg was great, the gardens beautifully worked up to date and a pleasure. Blickling was fine. Newmarket was interesting. We had lunch there (or the sensible ones of us did, it was rather good) and spent less time at Ickworth which was interesting. I have said this was definitely my last tour, but whisper that our guide might tempt me back to Suffolk!! Many thanks for all your help.

Once again to thank you very much indeed for all the arrangements you made for us for our tour to Norfolk. The coach driver was first class in a most modern and comfortable coach. He was most helpful making sure we all got off and on the coach safely. The hotel was an excellent choice - the staff most helpful and any problems, either technical or in one case a noisy room, were dealt with immediately. The rooms were tastefully decorated with immaculate en suites. Everyone commented on the delicious food, very well presented and the breakfasts were served with great speed although ordered individually. Our Blue Badge guide was also a delightful character with enough information to make our visits really interesting and, again, most helpful counting us on and off the coach. It has been a very enjoyable experience for us all. I am going to e-mail Michael now about a possible break in Liverpool next year.

Just to say a very sincere thank you to all of you. I had 37 very excited parishioners here in church on Sunday. They really enjoyed the trip and the experience. For many it was the first time on holiday and for many also it was the first time on an organised trip and being taken care of so well. Special thanks to Steven and the driver.

Having just returned from Norfolk trip with the local association of the NT, I felt it only right to record our thanks to your staff for the professional manner in which the operation was conducted. Special mention should go to Kate in the office who was efficiency itself, always seemed to be there when I needed her. Carol, the Blue Badge guide, superb. You could not have provided a better one. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fluent. The driver, Cynthia, made every day an enjoyable experience and was so efficient, caring and easy going in spite of one or two driving problems we encountered. I would certainly request her again should the occasion arise in the future.

I just wanted to put in writing how very satisfied everyone was with our visit to Norfolk this week. The staff at the George Hotel were always very helpful, the bedrooms were comfortable and the food was excellent. All the places visited were welcoming and pleased to see us, our BBG was lovely. So kind to the slower members of our group. Please thank everyone involved at your end for a job well done.

Our Norfolk tour was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Travel, visits and hotel were fine. Carol is an excellent guide. In addition to the visits to Sandringham and tour of Norwich she gave us lively and informative commentaries during our journeys around Norfolk and through the many villages. Thank you for all the arrangements and the meticulous detail and communications you provided which helped to make everything go so smoothly and such a success.

Just a brief note to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Norfolk. The hotel was excellent, the food was good and the staff were all friendly and pleasant. Our trips out were appreciated by everyone, though it proved a little exhausting for a few! No one had any complaints and all were full of praise for everything they had seen. Our coach was definitely the most comfortable we have ever had - and so beautiful! Very Art Deco, and George, our driver was always helpful and very pleasant and cheerful throughout. Thank you for all your help. It is so much easier to have a friendly person to talk to and to help solve any problems.

Just to report that we have returned from one fantastic holiday to Norfolk and I'd like to thank you for all the arrangements you made. Everyone was very appreciative and we were just so lucky with the weather, which was an added bonus. All in all a fantastic trip and I will be singing your praises at the meeting of WI Chairmen that I'm attending this week.
