We are back safe and sound! Thanks to all your hard work we have had a great tour to Norther Italy.  As far as I am aware there were no great problems on the tour except for one person who arrived at Heathrow without his passport having left it behind in the photocopier – me! We had perfect weather throughout, excellent guides, stayed in great hotels and overdosed on horology.  What more could you ask for?  Many of your timings went out of the window but “This is Italy”. We are already planning our visit to Switzerland next year and expect to be in touch with Mike within the next couple of months.

I wanted to contact you to let you know what an amazing trip I had with you in Northern Italy! The itinerary was splendid and varied every day. Ludo was exceptional and very caring and fun. The guides and the audio headphones system were also great and allowed me to take photos whilst listening. All the guides were knowledgeable and made the tours interesting. The hotel made our trip even better! Great service, nice quiet rooms and wonderful food plus the added bonus of the spa facilities! Driver on the last days was very good and most of the coaches were as well. Only coach that was uncomfortable was the smaller one on the last day that was cramped. Don't change anything else! I can recommend your company and this trip to anyone and hope to book again.
