Reviews for Isle of Wight

Date of tour: October 2016

Just returned from our tour of Winchester and the Isle of Wight. It was greatly enjoyed by all. The weather was good and only rained when we were in the coach, which helped. The hotel was generally fine. The food was generally good and restaurant service superb, including laying on breakfast early for our 8 am Sunday departure and our 5.30 pm Saturday dinner. Our coach driver was superb and managed a 14 metre 50 seat coach very well, never gave us a moment's concern and had a great rapport with us and with our BBG. Can't over-emphasise our BBG's contribution. She was brilliant and always did far more than needed, and took us out of her way to show us everything which could possibly be reached. She in turn had great rapport with us and a sense of humour which clicked with us all. We really felt privileged!

I would just like to thank you and your Company a big "Thank You" for organising such a great holiday for us. It was a great success, and all my members were extremely impressed with all the organisation. Our Blue Badge Guide was so knowledgeable, and really looked after us all. Our driver, Paul, looked after us as well, he had a very happy and friendly manner, and nothing was too much trouble. I am already looking at the Brochure for next year, and when we have decided which holiday to go for I will be in touch. Once again thank you so much to you all for all your hard work, it was well worth it to see so many happy faces.

Just to say thank you for all the arrangements for our holiday. Everything went very smoothly. Hotel coped with our group very well and some of our members had sea views which was a bonus. It was appreciated that luggage was taken to and collected from our rooms. I'm not a great fan of carveries but I have to say the food was excellent - only complaint was "back to lettuce leaves once we get home". There was a chorus of where are we going next year so I'll start looking at that soon. Thanks for all your help - another success for Tailored Travel.
