Thank you so much for organising our two trips to Tuscany. As usual the arrangements were impeccable. Both hotels looked after us extremely well. The town of Montecatini Terme was a hit: I think everyone took the opportunity to take the funicular to the high town. Both hotels gave "farewell dinners" which was highly appreciated and helped to create a lovely atmosphere. And the second hotel gave me a superb room. Our tour manager was a sensation! He and I had a wonderful rapport, everyone in both groups loved him. He is definitely the best tour guide we have had. His knowledge of Italian art and culture was amazing and really made a big difference to our enjoyment. PLEASE PLEASE could we have him again next year? (We have two holidays already arranged: Naples in March and the Cote d'Azur in September).

I have just returned from the Tuscany tour. This was one of the most enjoyable organised tours I have been with. My art knowledge is a work in progress , but I found the tour guide incredibly inspiring. His enthusiasm was infectious and his knowledge and attention to detail was an education in itself. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Italy , hopefully soon.

I think everyone who took part would agree that this trip was a real success. Of course, the art and historical sites were supreme but the pleasant weather, comfortable hotel and delicious local cuisine added to the enjoyment of each day. Our excellent tour manager and coach driver both ensured that we always arrived safely and on time at each site and so we were really able to relax and take in the surroundings. Add to that a splendid and fun crowd of 44 members to travel with and it really was a perfect holiday!

Thank you for all your help with our Tuscany holiday, which we all enjoyed. Ryanair was much better than I expected. The tour manager and driver in Italy were excellent. We liked the friendliness of the hotel staff and enjoyed our welcome drink and wine with our meal on the last night. Fitting in sightseeing on the first and last day worked very well. We were very lucky with the weather, despite the forecast for rain for most of the week. And on top of all this, Tuscany was beautiful, with so many amazing places to see. There were a few other mishaps like falls and one person having his wallet stolen on the crowded bus back to our coach in Pisa, but Ludo dealt with everything very well. It's a pleasure to organise group holidays with you. I value the personal service and support. I'm looking forward to our next trip, to Sicily. Many thanks.

Just wanted to say how much everyone enjoyed the holiday to Tuscany. Hotel Villa Ricci was very comfortable and the staff did all they could to make our stay a happy one. Another evening in the hotel we had a quiz on Tuscany and the staff kept whispering the answers to us. As many of our group play bridge, card tables were available for us all week. It's thoughtfulness like this that make a good hotel. Ludo did all he could to show off his wonderful country and the weather was amazing, sunshine every day. I have recently returned from the Delights of Tuscany & Florence tour and I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the holiday. I had long asked to visit the area and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Our tour manager, Ludo, was excellent, as was our driver, Diego – their organisation was very efficient. We had excellent local guides. Lastly, I would like to say how well we were looked after by the staff at the Hotel Villa Ricci.
