Unlike other tour operators who ask you to choose your group’s holiday from a brochure with fixed itineraries on fixed departure dates, we know that for groups often a cookie-cutter ready-made tour just won’t do.

The suggested itineraries in our Group Traveller and Art & Culture brochures and on our website are just that – suggestions! They are just a starting point to act as inspiration and whet your appetite for your group’s next adventure. Let us combine our experience and your understanding of the interests and profile of your members, so that working together with you our suggested tour becomes your tailor made reality.

And if you have an idea that you don’t see in our brochures or website, that’s not a problem: tell us where you want to go and what you want to do and we’ll have an initial offer sent out to you within 24 hours.

Remember, once we’ve sent you our initial offer, we can always tweak it and work with you until we have produced an itinerary which not only suits your interests, but is also at a price to meet your members’ budgets.

Perhaps your group has a specific interest, or maybe your group usually books a large number of single rooms? Do you need coach pick ups from your usual pick up points? Maybe your group likes to give an all-inclusive cost to its members by including entrance fees and gratuities, or perhaps you don’t need any free places? Would your group like to have a few days extra, or fewer, at a destination; others may want to include specific places of interest not listed in the suggested itinerary. Would your members expect a different standard of hotel, more or less dinners, or even optional excursions? No matter how you answer any of these questions, we can work with you to create your perfect group tour.

That’s not to say we will just blindly follow your suggestions. We won’t be afraid to tell you how we think a tour might work better or be more attractive to your members. We have been putting together tailor made tours for groups for nearly 15 years now and with that comes an insight into the destinations, itineraries and accommodation that have worked well for other groups in the past. So, while we will always offer our suggestions, like our suggested itineraries, you are free to have the tour that you believe best matches the interests and profile of your members.
