Hello & Goodbye
After Kate’s departure in November to take up a job closer to her Harlow home so that she can better balance the demands of being a new mum, we were delighted to welcome Becca and Petra into our Operations Department in December. With Nicola, Louise and the Operations Manager, Sandy, there are now five in the department and we have a great team to ensure that everything that the Sales team promise is delivered on tour.
Becca worked at Newmarket Holidays in Surrey for 8 years. While Petra was at the groups specialist South Quay Travel in East London since 2007. So both bring with them a wealth of experience in Operations and have really hit the ground running. In fact, it is really difficult to believe they have been with us only 3 months.
All our staff are excellent and so we are always sad to see someone leave us. But in Petra and Becca we continue to invest in staff who are intelligent, eloquent and understand group travel. It’s only with good staff that we can be sure that you as group organiser can confidently trust us with your group’s tour, knowing that every aspect of your tour is being handled by an experienced and professional team.
