The more things change, the more they stay the same

Rebecca brings with her to the Sales Department the two years’ experience she has of ensuring that every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ crossed to ensure the smooth running of the tours under her care. That expertise and the detailed knowledge of the destinations she worked on will be fantastic assets to the Sales team as we continue to expand and meet the ever growing demand for our tailor made tours.

With Petra, Louise and Operations Manager, Sandy, the arrival of Jana and Vasiliki means there are now five in the department and we have a great team to ensure that everything that the expanded Sales team promise is delivered on tour.

Jana worked at Newmarket Holidays in Surrey for nearly 20 years. While Vasiliki has swapped working for an incoming agent in Athens for life in London. Both bring with them a wealth of experience in operating escorted group tours. Already they have been on tour with groups to Yorkshire and Nice to see how a Tailored Travel works on the ground. Further tours to Munich, Barcelona and Kent before the year is out are planned so they have really hit the ground running. They are a fantastic addition to the Tailored Travel team.

All our staff are excellent. In the arrival of Jana and Vasiliki into Operations and Rebecca’s move across to the Sales team, we continue to invest in staff who are intelligent, eloquent and understand group travel.
