Every single one of our tours is tailor made to your group’s exact requirements.
Exclusively yours
Whether there are 10 or 100 people in your group, your tailored tour will be yours and yours alone.
Relax - more is included
All of our tours include a full programme of excursions, complete with pre-booked entries and most are escorted by a Tailored Travel tour manager or a professional tour guide. This freedom allows you to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Free places
We include one free place for every ten paying passengers on all UK and European tours and one free place for every fifteen paying passengers on all worldwide holidays.
Personalised service
When you phone Tailored Travel you will not be speaking with someone who is simply reading from a brochure, but with a friendly and knowledgeable member of our experienced team who will give you direct and relevant advice.
Quick turnaround
The experienced team at Tailored Travel can offer you a provisional quote, including full itinerary, within 48 hours of your enquiry. Following this we will work closely with you to incorporate any changes you require and then provide a final, fully costed quote.
Free marketing materials
We are happy to produce as many full colour personalised holiday brochures containing the tour’s highlights, detailed daily itineraries and booking forms as you need to distribute to your group members.
Hassle free booking
We will work with you to handle your bookings, deposits and paperwork in the way that best suits your group and makes life easiest for you.
Financial security
Tailored Travel holds an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL 5605), issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, which ensures that all air holiday bookings are fully protected. Non-flight tours are secured by a professionally administered Trust Account which retains all monies paid to us until your group returns home.
No worries
If despite your best efforts, you don’t manage to get sufficient numbers for the tour to run, don’t worry – there’s no cost to you or your group and there’s no problem as far as we are concerned.

The true worth of any relationship is tested in adversity. You’ll remember back in April 2010 the disruption to flights caused by the eruption of the Icelandic volcano.
