Reviews for The History & Heritage of Shropshire & Ironbridge

We have just returned from another very successful Society tour to Shropshire. As usual your organisation and timing of our itinerary worked like clockwork. Our Blue Badge guide really brought Ironbridge alive with her historical knowledge and anecdotes of the area. She was excellent and fun to be with. Hotel, food and accommodation and the coach driver were all very good. My grateful thanks for organising it all so efficiently - everybody is looking forward to Cornwall next year. Thank you so much for all your hard work from beginning to end.

What a wonderful holiday we had in Shropshire organised by Tailored Travel. This is the fourth time we have travelled with the company and each time we enjoy the variety of places to visit and appreciate the superb organisation that goes into giving everyone an excellent holiday. There is flexibility too, and you can choose alternative venues to visit and these are skilfully woven into your trip. We had an amazing joyous holiday to suit lots of different interests, with a superb coach driver and hotel. Thank you very much!

This was our first tour for our group with yourselves. Our tour to Staffordshire was a great success and many thanks to Damian for the itinerary and Louise for her efficient administration. I've already received from my members thank you calls and e-mails saying how much they had enjoyed the trip. Now looking forward to our next tour to Bruges in November.

Firstly many thanks to all at Tailored Travel for the excellent work in organising this tour. All went well with no problems. Excellent coach driver, who built up a rapport with our members, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel was in a lovely setting. A very good choice, rooms were very good, and all our singles were allocated double rooms. Service was very good, all staff helpful. No complaints re food, good selection of choices and individual menus worked fine. The Shrewsbury Blue Badge guides were very good and made the tour very interesting both had a nice easy manner.

We had a super holiday in Shropshire: the hotel was excellent; the food delicious and the service could not have been better. The Blue Badge guide was extremely interesting and the coach driver could not have been more helpful. The places we visited were diverse and there was something for everyone. To top it all off the weather was amazing. All in all a very enjoyable trip. Thank you for organising it.

Once again it gives me great pleasure to thank you for putting together the excellent tour to the Heart of England and Cardiff. Without exception everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tour and Tailored Travel was praised very highly at our monthly lecture yesterday. Please extend my thanks to Nicola whose arrangements ensured the tour ran very smoothly. We were extremely fortunate to have such good weather, especially important for Highgrove which was wonderful. Our driver even managed to give us a short time in Tetbury prior to the visit. Once again my thanks to Tailored Travel for ensuring we had yet another excellent extended visit.
