Day 1 – UK to Prague
Scheduled flight to Prague – transfer with our guide in our private executive coach to the 4* Villa Hotel.
Day 2 – Prague
Guided tour of Prague taking in such sights as Wenceslas Square, the Jewish quarter and Charles Bridge – rest of the day free to explore the Castle Complex and St Vitus Cathedral, visit the National Gallery or just relax in Wenceslas Square – option of attending a wonderful classical concert this evening.
Day 3 – Rückl Crystal Glassworks & Pilsner Urquell Brewery
Visit the small town of Nižbor for a guided tour of the famous Rückl Crystal Glassworks that manufacture an extensive range of cut 24% leaded crystal to discover the individual processes of producing glass crystal by hand, from the furnace, designing and polishing stages – at the museum at the Pilsner Urquell Brewery we learn about the production of beer from ancient times to the present day and the tour of the brewery shows the production process of Pilsner Urquell and Gambrinus beer and concludes with a tasting.
Day 4 – Konopiste Castle & Prague
Half day guided tour of Konopiste Castle, once the palatial residence of the ill fated Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand – return to Prague where the rest of the day is free to explore – optional folklore evening sampling some traditional Czech culture, a lovely way to say farewell to Prague.
Day 5 – Prague to UK
Morning free in Prague for shopping or sightseeing – late afternoon transfer to the airport for our scheduled flight home.4* Prague hotel
